Women's Learn to Lift: Every Tuesday at 6:15 pm, for 4 sessions, 45-minute beginner course required for anyone attending regular group classes
Kids Learn to Lift: >>Class dates: 5/17, 5/19, 5/24, 5/26, 5/31, 6/2<< Very basic, beginner 45-minute workout lead by Anna for kids ages 12+ going into MS/HS weights. It is an intro course requirement for 6-sessions.

SheSTRENGTH Women's-Only Class
Monday 7:30 am & 4:30 pm, 6:15 pm
Tuesday 7:30 am, 8:30 am 4:30 pm, 6:15 pm
Wednesday 5:30 pm, 6:15 pm
Thursday 7:30 am, 8:30 am, 4:30 pm & 6:15 pm
Group-lead class focused on working through each exercise one by one, together. Workouts will be what is posted in the app each day, and on the board. Class will run 45-60 min and is a lower-level, intermediate class.
