Weekly sessions will be scheduled by appointment with Coach Madi, they are subject to change week to week based on gym, coach and athlete availability.
Groups of 3-4 athletes per session, only.
Workouts will be focused on volleyball skills, weight training, power, mobility, and jump max testing. Each session is 1-hour long.

From a young age, I discovered not only a love for the game of volleyball, but also a deep appreciation for the life skills it builds—teamwork, confidence, and resilience. Over the years, that passion has grown beyond playing; it has evolved into a strong commitment to empowering young girls through the sport. Whether by coaching, mentoring, or simply encouraging, I strive to create an environment where girls feel supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential—on and off the court. Helping them grow as athletes and as individuals is both a privilege and a purpose I hold close to my heart.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching girls at various levels, from beginners learning the fundamentals to competitive teams striving for championships. What began as a love for playing volleyball evolved into a calling to mentor and guide the next generation of female athletes.
Every practice, every match, and every challenge is a chance to help young athletes discover their strength and believe in themselves. That’s what fuels my passion and keeps me dedicated to this sport and the amazing girls I get to coach.
I have coached for Salt City Smash Volleyball Club (Hutchinson) ages 15-18, One Volleyball Academy (Wichita) ages 16-18 and Sterling College for two years, I also have coached several FCA volleyball camps throughout the years. I played volleyball for Sterling College and during my years there I was utilized as a defensive specialist and setter.
