Monday/Tuesday/Thursday mornings--7:30 am-9 amMonday/Tuesday/Wednesday evenings--5-6 pmThursday evenings--5-7 pm--------

X-Fit/HIIT Group Class--> Basic learn to lift skills followed by high intensity cardio circuit for fat-burning modes

Monday/Wednesdays 6-7 pm

Dance Aerobics--> Come dance with us for an hour  to various music styles, guarnateed to sweat

Tuesdays 6-7 pm
